Hello everyone, The base is mostly done, and I ma finally ready, I will be thinking up a application, and training process in a bit, get ready world, we are coming.

OK seems I picked a shoddy spot for the base, I don't feel like fighting over it so I am just going to find a better spot, apparently the base was right next to a renowned villain and 2 blocks away from someones home, so I am moving, this may make it take longer for the application to go up.

OK, It is clear that ninja isn't up to co-leading this, he is not active whatsoever and has done nothing to help, so I am looking for a active, trustworthy accepted villain that will help me co lead, and be the leader of the elite branch.
