~ Steam Game Adding Guide ~

Just so you can show off that you are playing LotC to all your friendos!

Aim

This will serve to add Minecraft to your Steam game library, and launch it so that everyone who looks at your profile can see that you are in a non-steam game called Lord of the Craft!

Procedure
First you must open your Steam! Click on the icon in the bottom bar, start menu or start overlay!

Then you must open your Steam Library! This is up the top!

Then you click on the + ADD A GAME... under the list of all your games to the left!

Then you select Add a Non-Steam Game... in the pop-up!

It might be in the list of .exe that shows up, but if it doesn't, click BROWSE...

Go to the folder you have your Minecraft.exe and select it!

Then you select ADD SELECTED PROGRAMS and bam, it should be in the library.

But that isn't it! You want your friends to know, you are nerdy for playing LotC specifically! So now you want to go and right click the newly added game!

You then go and click on Properties in the pop-up!

Once on the properties screen, there is a small editing box which has Minecraft written in it! DELETE that, and replace it with, Lord of the Craft.

BAM. Now you have Lord of the Craft on your Steam~! If you want to have a nicer looking overlay, go in game and take a pretty screenshot with F12.

Conclusion

You are now a little more geeky or nerdy than you were a few moments ago! Congratulations~

This guide was written after someone asked me how I had made Steam say I was playing Lord of the Craft. I'm sure half of you Steam users know how to do stuff like this already!

Why on earth would you want anyone to know you play LOTC?
