On it, would read as follows:

The Salmon Traders are here to sell "Salmon" of the highest quality! Here is a sketch of the goods in question.

 

 

For your "Salmon" in the "Freshest" quality, then please send send 500 minas.

However, every day ((hour)) you wait to pay us, the "Salmon" will go a bit more "Rotten" and cost 100 minas, up to 1000 minas.
