The 411 w/ Vaquxine; again!

Hey folks, sorry for the lack of communication this morning it’s been pretty terrible and hectic timing. I’ve been offline most of the day setting up my new computer so I haven’t been on; server is just not feeling like being nice today lol.

So to summarize the situation, our filesystem became corrupt due to some changes to the soft and hard limits of max. files a process can have open at once to deal with the crashes and restarts from skill system. So when we attempted to reboot our system it froze and started running an fsck. (Disk Check) About halfway through the fsck it decided to freeze up and fail to boot; likely due to some kind of hardware failure.

So now we’re waiting for the data center to message us back, hopefully informing us they were able to replace the hardware and reboot our server.

(That’s the short version of it; the long version is me working for 4 hours trying to get this **** sorted to no avail lol.)

We’ll be back online ASAP and sorry for the downtime =/!

Yes god forbid we go outside on labor day weekend. Good work and pay no mind to the lynchmob outside with torches and pitchforks. They all had 50 blacksmithing. Also you make more sense after you've had a nap.

good news, the map was not rolled back. only inventory actions where. However as soon as server came back up. minecraft.net crashed. lol.

I don't mind, other then the withdrawels from an awesome server, I can imagine how painful this is for you.
