Cant connect to server.

What is the nature of the bug? Cant connect to server.

 

First Occurance? A few months ago. Dont know the exact date. 

 

Actions leading up to it? I would try to log in like Ive done a thousand times before, but suddenly its giving me an error message.

java.net.Connection:Exception:Connection timed out no further information. 

 

Frequency: Every time. 

I am able to reproduce the bug.

This has happened 3 times over the last 2 years, it seems that unwhitelisting, then rewhitelisting me fixes the issue. 

I can connect to any other server, so its just an issue between LOTC and I.

If none of those work, reply to this comment and then you can take more drastic measures!! as in trying to get a proxy or system restoring or something

Just finished trying all of these, sadly to no avail. 

I really do think it is not a problem on my side. This same thing has happened before, and I was not the one to fix it, the server did.

Looks like I was wrong, re-whitelisting did not fix the issue.

I have tried a few things that may work if the issue is truly server-side, your player data has been wiped based on your UUID and your permissions reset clean to VIP25.

 

I hope that this works for you, if not I honestly don't know what might be going on, perhaps your IP is unable to connect to the server for some reason maybe blocked by our DDOS-provider or somewhere down the line your connection is throttled or blocked. If something like that is going on I honestly don't know what I can do to help, really sorry. Hopefully this does the trick though.

Could you please provide a traceroute this will help eliminate any ISP funkyness or me needing to poke someone along the way so I am sure it's something to do with us

Update, a few days ago I was miraculously able to reconnect and play. This morning however, I am once again unable to join.
