KarmaDelta 969 Share Posted November 7, 2015 (edited) Somewhere, off in the distant lands of the continent, a few Dwarves would look out from atop a mountain. All of the Dwarves would wear the same color of hair, along with a chained coin and small knife around their neck. "Mmmmm...." moaned one of the Dwarves."What troubles you, brother?" said a Dwarf that was off to the moaning Dwarf's side. The moaning Dwarf looked older compared to the others, but not enough to where one could call him an Elder. "Nothing, just... thinking of something..." replied the head Dwarf."Or someone, eh?" one of the smaller and more feminine Dwarves."We've been traveling for years and years now brother, it would make sense to have some sort of need to see him, just as we have." she continues. "Aye, it's just... ugh, I dunno, our pilgrimage still hasn't ended.." complained the head Dwarf. As he said this, the female Dwarf that was previously speaking slapped a hand onto his shoulder, slightly startling him. "Ours may not have... but yours has my brother. We all knew this time would come, and we have all agreed on what to do." she smiled tom boyishly."It's ok, you can go, you're ready, even if father may not believe so." As she said this, he turns around, and begins looking towards his sisters and brothers, all with different facial expressions of "Just Do It". ".... Are you all sure? I mean..." One of the other male Dwarves, who looks to be the youngest in the group, goes up and lightly taps him in the cheek. "Go, brother. We will all join you when the time comes. Go with the grace of our gods, our ancestors, and our mother." he continues. At this point the head Dwarf smiles at his younger brother's comment, and places a hand on his head and rubs it."Always know what to say, eh? Hehehehe" he says as he grins widely at him, and the others around him. "Farewell then, my kin. I head to the rest of our brethren, along with our father. I shall prove to him that I am ready, and get everything ready for all of you when you return. Yemekar guide you all." He bows slightly toward them, and as he begins to pick up his head, he is assaulted by the hugs of his kin. Acting surprised, he takes their embrace with everything he could. "Farewell Durack! Do us proud! Show father what you can do!" they all yell. "Aye! I shall! And I hope you, Bismuth, that you can watch over everyone! I trust your strength more than Alunogen! Wahahaha!" Durack yells. After the small beating received by his younger brother, he turns to look at the scenery from the mountain and turns his joyous demeanor into that of one that is focused and resolute. Durack is returning. Edited November 7, 2015 by KarmaDelta
