Lyu calls for the gathering of elves in the Fi’Ceru inn. Once everyone is gathered, he ascends the steps onto the stage and faces the audience.

“Mali’aheral of Haelun’or, it has come to my attention that our beloved Silver Titan, our tilruir’tir, Mordew, has gone missing, or has run away. It is a sad day, indeed, that we have lost our devoted protector. He may have been a bit on the violent side, but he did what he had to, to ensure the continuation of our race and culture. Countless times he fought against impurity and succeeded, but now he is gone."

Lyu pauses briefly, allowing what was said to sink in.

"We are without protection, the Sillumiran are in shambles, our city is no longer impregnable. Our judicial system, too, is falling apart, for, not even one elven day ago, I witnessed a trial where a witness was appointed Parir’tir, and the tilruir appointing them in the absence of a tir appointed themselves one as well. To put it in the blunt tongue our people are supposedly known for, we need a new tilruir’tir. We need one who will protect our city, and protect our culture."

Lyu pauses again, taking a deep breath.

“Thusly I, Lyu Elibar’acal, loyal Sillumir to the Silver State of Haelun'or, announce my running for the position of tilruir’tir due to the disappearance of the Silver Titan.”

Eloh'ra would shake her head slowly as the Mali'aheral would continue to speak. She would nudge the figure beside her, chuckling weakly.

"If any old decorator is able to run for tilruir'tir, then I shall also!"

'Twas the night before Krugsmas, when all through the Fi'Ceru,

Not a Mali was stirring, not even an ame;

The teapots were boiling by the stove with care,

In hopes that Elwyn Izalith soon would be there;

The Mali'aheral were nestled all snug in their beds;

While visions of crotchfruit danced in their heads;

And Elwyn in her armour, and Sillumiran in theirs too,

Had just settled their brains for a long winter's snooze,

When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,

They sprang from their bed to see what was the matter.

Away to the window they flew like a flash,

Tore open the shutters and threw up the sash.

The moon on the breast of the new-fallen snow,

Gave a lustre of midday to objects below,

When what to my wondering eyes did appear,

But Elwyn Izalith nominating herself for Tilruir'tir.
