What’s the rule you agree with the most?: The rule that villains should be rational and fair out of character, as I have often encountered villain rpers in other servers who have completely ruined the entire rp.

How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?

I was looking for a proper Minecraft Roleplaying server, and through a few minutes of googling I found this, which is how I got here

Definitions

What is roleplaying?: Acting out a specific role in a story, which can be completely different from how you are in real life. Example: Villains probably won't burn people in real life, but in roleplay they do.

What is metagaming?: Roleplaying with knowledge you can't possibly have: Like knowing what is happening somewhere else at the moment, or "noticing" someone's who is invisible. Or suddenly knowing that people are sneaking up on the settlement.

What is powergaming?: Doing an action that you declare or assume succesfull without giving your opponent a chance to react, or avoid it. Such as: I slash at you, cutting your arm of entirely.

 

In-Character Information

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

 

Character’s name: Erendiel Thoren

Character’s sex: Female

Character’s race: Elf (Not really sure on which subrace)

Character’s age: 57

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Born in Laurelin to two Mage scholars, Erendiel grew up with books, not only due to her parents love for reading, but also out of necessity, as there were few to no other children around. After her mother died dedicated herself to find a teacher, to teach her magic, to no success so far.

 

She has, like many elves, quite some skill with the bow, which is her weapon of choice. She learned this in Laurelin, while lobbying to get a teacher, but they all turned her down, due to her father speaking his mind, quite often, in the form of gathering crowds on market squares and such to complain about hierarchic problems here and there. This has also led her to distance herself from her father, whom she doesn't agree with. Now, away from her home, wandering in the streets of Laurelin, she is more determined than ever to become a great mage, much like her parents and their parents before them. (No, she doesn't have any magic capabilities, she's willing to learn them though.)

Personality Traits: Slightly Naive about the world around her, but a trustworthy person, who also gives trust quite easily in return. Due to her inexperience she is easily startled by things she finds unusual, but also likes to learn about them.

Ambitions: She wants to become a mage and increase her understanding of magic and her general knowledge.

Strengths/Talents: An affinity for learning, Patience, Intelligent, Archery (but not exceptionally good at it.)

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Inexperienced, naive, easily scared

Appearance (List the extra details of your characters appearance, IE; height & weight): She is built elegantly, being average in height and pretty thin. She is pretty, but not exceptionally so.(5'9", +/- 100 lbs) She has dark brown hair, brown eyes and a pale skin.
