The Great Hunting Trial

 

 

 

Many years have passed since the Kharajyr have truly held any contests of strength, courage, or skill. However this is to change quite soon. Within the Elven week, the priests and Aelkos of Karakatua are to be holding a mighty task for any and all Kha, or those that dwell on Karakatua to participate in to show off their skills of one of the most vital Kha abilities. That of the hunt. 

 

 

Date and Time: Saturday the 6th of February at 3 PM PST/11 PM GMT

Location; Karakatua (Kha Island)

 

What is involved: We will begin with a speech and blessing by our high priests before a group prayer. Then we shall release a mighty beast to the wild, and while we wait in contemplation for it to distance itself from us, we will prepare for the hunt.

 

Afterwords we will be leading the champion hunter back to the village where they shall be rewarded by the Aelkos and a feast shall be held in honor of all the participants. Ending the night with songs and chants around the fire.
