When you wander by your resident Church, you notice a man in rags at a booth asking if you'll take a poll for a study of his! He offers you free bread, and gives you a form depending on your status in the realm. He even reads it for you if you can't read!

 

((There are three polls, each for Commoners, Nobility/Gentry, and Clergy. Please only do your main character.

 

Also, you must put a check at the bottom of any rank on the form you do not have a character for or it won't let you submit it))
