The festivities include carnival games, and an obstacle course, as well as food and good friends. Should you wish to help out, or run a booth at this event, please contact Niera Acal'elor. He kept begging even as he heard an official announcement about carnival. He knew about It before, but couldn't actually do anything and he didn't do anything now neither - he just kept believing that The Librarian will kept her word and let him know, if he could be of service.
