Act of 1551

 

It here proclaimed that on this day in the year of 1551 that the Kingdom of Vandoria is a Secular Kingdom. The act of the former Lord Protector Nafis to force a faith on people was both abhorrent and ignorant of his own roots. Vandoria is and ever will be Secular, we do so declare, with the people granted the rights to the following:

 

• Freedom to practice their faith in private

• Freedom to practice their faith in appropriate temples

• Free to practice faith at religious events

• Freedom to hold religious events, with the overlords permission

 

However, let it be known the following faiths and practices are banned for either being inherently evil, immoral, or barbaric:

 

• Blood sacrifices

• Worship of Ibless

• Worship of violent, malevolent, and evil entities

• Worship of dragons and draugr

• Worship of mortals

• Lust based worship

• Worship of flesh and blood animals
