Outcasts: The Trip would be a short one until the APC came upon a gun fight between all 5 knights Firing on a Deathclaw which is promptly Gunned down by the APC THe Bunker would be locked again from the outside barricaded. The Knights would mention a LARGE deathclaw nest in the bunker and that they NEED to leave. they would Agree.

Haven: The 1000 Feral Ghouls would rush the super mutants and upon INspection of the Scouts afterwords The Feral Ghouls Corpses would spread into the first few blocks until A Fortified Stronghold with a Radio brodcasting around the Fort saying "The Master Demands we listen to Crush he is the Master's Voice here"

The Haven

 

"God DAMMIT!" Atlas yelled upon hearing the news. "I was gonna show these guys mercy, but now? I'm gonna kill every single one of the...Split he army into two groups, 1000 each. I will lead the first group into a frontal assault, then you move your men and flank from the north. Give the Outcasts a show..." Once the group split, he loaded a clip into his pipe rifle and began to march forward. The tactic his group would use is simple. They would fire some shots at the fort to draw the Mutants attention. They would still shoot at the Mutants, but every ghoul would remain in cover. With the Mutants attention drawn, The Fighter would move north and get his marksmen into vantage points. Once everyone was in position, everyone would open fire on the Mutants, attempting to take out as many as they can.

 

TASKS:

1. The group is split into two groups, 1000 each.

2. The first group would draw the Mutants attention while the second gets in position and fires upon the super mutants. (MOD)

F-Vaulters

The scouts had come back with multiple helpful materials in store. The most important of these items would be glass, metal, and bolts. These were the items essential to create a regularly human-sized vat. Bon Bon stepped into the large tent that all research and building was happening, saying a small speech. "Hello, all. I know that you wish to finish your projects, and go to rest. However, we cannot do that know as my scouts have found something of major importance. I wish for the engineers to split up into two groups, one focused on making the vat, and one focusing on making the modifications. 40 each group, as well." She then walked out of the tent with her two personal bodyguards, heading back to watching the tents of the Wastelanders. The scouts were promoted into the military, armed with simple 10mm pistols. They went out to scout once more, this time looking for recruits or raiders.

 

 

 

Tasks

Create the glass vat, splitting the engineers into two groups.

Guard the camp day and night, with shifts once again.

The 15 scouts go out again, looking for recruits or possibly raiders outposts.

The Training was finally over. 2 Years of hard work and discipline has earned those whom are now official soldiers of the Imperium Legion. These men and women have participated in the Imperium's Doctrine demanding all new soldiers partake in a 2 year training program.
"Welcome Legionnaires, we are proud to have such fine soldiers serve within the ranks of the Imperium Legion. It has been a long and painful 2 years for most I am sure, but now your training as Draftee's is over! And your Duty and Mission for the Imperium begins!."

The Crowd cheers as several men wave their flags, civilians attending the ceremony cheer on their defenders.
Throughout the Imperium, a large celebration is taking place. It is the 20th Anniversary of the Founding of the Imperium. Prices are lowered for the Celebration allowing Civilians to afford more food and materials for the great festival.
The Military allows its troops time off in shifts, less so in Seattle due to the major threats nearby but all are able to join in the celebration as Rations are temporarily increased and time with loved ones are granted.
In Olympia the Factory has been completed and Laborers and Engineers begin production on Weapons and Ammunition to supply and stockpile for the coming war.

 

ACTIONS

1. The Finished Factory would begin producing 10mm Pistols and Ammunition for such weapons, as well as the variant rifle ammunition. Stations and a section of the Factory are prepared to begin producing the first prototype 10mm Rifles for when they finish their development.

2. The Military is finally raised to its max potential. The Imperium's army now stands at 4,850.

3. A Small Detachment from Olympia is sent to investigate the Bunker Discovered by Scouts some months ago, the Deployed Group consists of 175 Imperium Soldiers mixed with Veterans and Recruits in need of experience.

As Elder Aleks received the report, he sighed in relief. No soldiers lost, and they had even managed to find the knights that had been MIA. He also pulled the reports on Haven's attempts to clear Salt Lake City, and scoffed. Not very impressive so far. If they wanted an alliance, they would need to prove their actual soldiers had some value. Setting the reports aside, he would turn to face Head Paladin Joan. "Now that the soldiers are back, and we know what's in that Bunker, we're going to leave it alone, for a time. We have too many threats on other fronts that require attention. Give those knights we recovered some leave time. Also, send Scribe Eli to me. I need to have a word with him."

Head Paladin Joan would leave, and several minutes later, Scribe Eli would cautiously walk into the room. "You wanted to speak with me, sir?" Aleks would look up from his paper work, and nod to Eli. "Yes. I've been monitoring the work you've been doing on both the reactor, and the mod for our armor. I'm extremely impressed. You've been invaluable to both projects. In fact, you've shown both incredible initiative, intelligence, ingenuity, and even leadership, when handling lower ranked scribes. So much so, that I feel confident, giving you the title of Head Scribe."

Eli would stand silently for a few moments, before breaking into a large grin. "Thank you sir! This is an incredible honor!"

Elder Aleks would chuckle, and nod. "I'm just sorry that we couldn't do yours publicly, like we did with Joan."

Eli would shake his head, still ecstatic. "No problem about that sir! Most people don't really care what we scribes do, anyways. Someone taking the position of Head Scribe means far less, than Head Paladin."

Elder Aleks nodded in confirmation. "That is true, sadly. Regardless, congratulations on the promotion. Dismissed."

Head Scribe Eli would rush off, eager to inform his colleagues.

Supernas Americae Imperium: The Factory would slowly show signs of life before Dying shortly after as the Fusion Core powering the Generator would give out Halting the production for the moment. The Units sent to the Bunker would after a Firefight with some unusually well armed Mercenaries and having Faced major Casualties With only 75 Men returning. However they would bring back the Advanced weapons of the Mercs as well as what the Bunker held this being a small cache of Fusion cores and 5 Worn-out but Complete sets of T-45 Power armor

Haven: The Assault would commence the 2000 Ghouls charging in the Mutants Standing guard shouting seeing the Massive assault coming. With the sound of Fat Man shells and Gunfire Haven war of Attrition had finally begun. Several hours after the assault commenced The fort would be abandoned by the Mutants Leaving its wealth to Haven However The costs were even more than what they appeared to be. 1500 Ghouls lay dead among the Mutants and In the office where The Mutant thought to be Crush commanded his Mutants Atlas sits in a chair having bled out from Bullet would before any Medical help could arrive Seeing a map of Salt Lake City showing not this one but near a dozen forts just like this one scattered throughout the city.

The Haven

 

Atlas' body would be found within minutes. The Fighter would enter the room and order a few ghouls to take his body. Fighter would scan the map, then proceed to fold it and put it into his bag. He would step out into the fort, a grim look on his face. Some of the soldiers would ask him what was wrong, but they already knew just by the expression. The Fighter would order his men to get all of the weapons they can get, especially the automatic rifles, mini-gun, and the Fat Man. With all ordinance collected, they would leave for Haven. The 500 men would remain silent for the whole trip, knowing how much of a loss they just took. The group would soon reach Haven, and The Fighter decided to keep the news of Atlas' death quiet. For now, they would be told he is talking with the Outcasts. Even though the citizens believed this, they were still overcome with grief by how many they lost. 2500 good soldiers. Luckily, though, 1000 more have come to the Haven after hearing the news of Atlas' bravery. Even 1000 new citizens couldn't take the sting out of the loss. The two leaders of Haven until a new one is found would be Fighter and the Punisher. However, the two would be too overcome with grief to speak with the Outcasts, so, a representative would be elected. It came down to man named Miller, who was a human, unlike Atlas. Miller was one of the scouts who Atlas used most often, so he knew a lot about the Wasteland. Before he head out, the communicators sent word to the Outcasts, "Attention. We are sending one of our representatives to the location where you and Atlas first met. Everything will be explained there." Miller was sent out with an escort of 10 men due to the drastic loss and the morale of the soldiers. Each soldier would be armed with automatic rifles, same with Miller. The map that was recovered from the fort would also be given to Miller, which would hopefully please the Outcasts.

Men and Women scramble throughout the Imperium, Vault 7's Operations Center is loud and moving with activity as the Imperium prepares to enter the world officially.

"This is Operator 3, we are green on Clear Channels...Broadcast is prepared. Awaiting confirmation from Olympia Tower and Seattle Tower my Lord."
Praetor Caeser stood next to Operator 3 as he watched the Terminals and Propaganda Teams prepare to announce the Imperium's existence to the world, to being hope and courage to the lost wastelands...and fear to its enemies.
"Green light from Seattle..still awaiting-scratch that sir, Olympia has given us the green light. Preparing for broadcast on all public and known frequencies."

 

THIS BROADCAST IS BEING PLAYED ON ALL FREQUENCIES

 

"Attention People of the Wasteland...This is Praetor Caesar of the Imperium. Declaring our existence and our mission. The Wasteland as we call it was once a great nation known as the United States of America. We would see it return to such. This is a call out to all Humans still surviving in the Wasteland, we will welcome you into our society, offer our protection and secure your life and that of the new generations to come. We have suffered in past years to the horrors and destruction brought upon us by Ghouls and Mutants alike. We declare Imperium Territory a Sanctuary for all Humans as long as you are willing to do your part for the Imperium, it will do its part for you.." he would take a short breath

"We do not condone the activities of the beasts whom claim HAVEN as their home. Feeding innocent humans Men, Women and Children alike to their disgusting Horde of Ferals they claim to possess. Such atrocities will not be allowed to continue, Haven will be purged in the holy fires of Almighty God and its Human Population liberated from such Tyranny. Our spies already confirm such sadistic evils so there is no use in denying it."
Praetor looks down at his documents before continuing the broadcast

"Those whom call themselves, the Outcasts. We are well aware of who you are and your mission within the Wastelands. In our appreciation for your valiant efforts we are willing to open diplomatic channels with you for trade. But please beware the abomination of the Wasteland, Mutants and Ghouls aren't to be trusted."

"To the rest of the People...Organizations, and Factions whom lay claim within the Wasteland. We hereby declare our presence to you all. The choices you make in these next few years will deeply determine your future...may they be for Humanities best. And should you be of Malevolent towards the idea of uniting Man under one banner and protecting Humanity as the rightful heir's to this forsaken world...Then may God have mercy on your soul..."

The Attack force sent to the Bunker is welcomed home with praise at their findings. The loss of the 75 brave souls is mourned and they all receive a Military Funeral.
"Once again..the Wasteland proves just how deadly and terrible this world has become. But it should only strengthen our resolve and hope in our Mission to rebuild this country to its rightful glory. May these brave men and women now rest knowing they have served with honour and dignity in the Legion as well as have brought a greater security to the Imperium.

The Power Armor, Laser Weapons and Pre-War Weapons are sent to Vault 7 for study.It is the Imperium's goal to seize and work to gain the capability to reproduce such technology. While the Pre-War Power Armor and Laser Rifles will surely be a dawning task ahead. The Imperium's engineers have worked hard on creating new forms of ballistic weapons, reverse engineering or replicating the Automatic Assault Rifles should not prove too difficult a task.

 

The 10 Fusion Cores are put in a secure location and a single FC is sent to the Factory to allow it to return to 100% Operating Production of 10mm Pistols, 10mm Ammunition for both Rifles and Pistols alike.
When a new FC is soon required the replacement is transported and escorted to the Factory. Empty Fusion Cores are sent to Vault 7 for storage and study.

Now that the Imperium has declared its existence to the world, Music and Propaganda is constantly played over Radio Broadcasts across the wasteland to bring in settlers and wanderers to the Imperium. Throughout Imperium territory Imperium Soldiers and Agents place posters and encourage the populace that the Imperium is only growing ever stronger.

ACTIONS

 

1. The Primary Broadcast is sent out multiple times within the first two weeks before being replaced by a more basic recruitment beacon to attract more people in the future.

 

2. The Acquire equipment of Power Armor and Laser Rifles are sent to Vault 7 for secure storage.

 

3. The Automatic Combat Rifles are put under charge to be studied in hopes of reverse engineering or completely replicating them for production (MOD PLZ)

 

4. Secure and Unused Channels are established for Factions wishing to communicate with the Imperium without threat of interception.

 

5. The Fusion Cores are sent to the Factory to bring it to full operational status to begin Mass production of ammunition and weapons to be supplied to Imperium and Allied forces in Seattle.

 

6. Imperium Legionnaires in coordination with the Seattle Mercenaries begin joint warfare against the Super Mutants, while ISS Infiltrators within the Bandit Factions attempt to harass and attack Super Mutant Forces within Seattle as well. (MOD PLZ)

Brotherhood Outcasts

Elder Aleks spread the map across the table, and studied it intently. It was good knowing what the S. Mutants had, in terms of locations, as well as an idea of how the city was laid out.. However, there was still more information that needed to be gathered. Elder Aleks tasked Head Paladin Joan with training the new recruits. He also sent a group of Paladins and Knights to Fort Verge, to fortify it against S. Mutant attacks, until Haven forces arrive to assist.

ACTIONS

1. 50 Paladins, and 50 Knights are sent to Fort Verge, so as to fortify it, until Havens forces arrive.

2. 25 Knights are sent, with copies of the map, to scout out sewers, and subway tunnels, so the main map can be updated. They are to avoid S. Mutants at all costs. (MOD)

3. Paladin Jacobs, 14 other Paladins, and 5 Knights would be sent to Haven, to back Miller's attempt to gain control.

4. A radio response would be sent out to the Imperium, agreeing to the opening of channels for trading.

The Haven

 

 

 

Upon his arrival to the Haven, a guard would immediately tell him to go to the Communications room in the mansion. Confused, Miller would go to the room, and upon entering, he noticed The Punisher, Fighter, and others all huddled around the radio. "Oi, you may wanna come listen to this. Some fools called the Imperium are trying to talk to us." Miller nodded, and stepped closer. He was fine with the broadcast until the name Haven was mentioned and how the Imperium sought to 'purge' it. Now. He thought to himself. Miller shoved passed the others and picked up the microphone. He immediately turned the dial to the Capitol's announcement system. "Attention, my name is Miller. Probably none of you have heard of me, but I must say something. Atlas has been killed by the Super Mutants in Salt Lake City. Now, before you question who the leader is, I must tell you something. A group called the Imperium seeks to purge the Haven. Now, I know you are all fearful of this news, but I know how to handle this. I know not many of you have had much experience with the outside, but you must know something. The things out there, the monsters and the people, will stop at no cost to kill us and take advantage of us, but we'll defend ourselves, we will endure, but I can't do this without any of your support. These Imperium fools think they can easily kill us, but they don't know who they are dealing with. They are dealing with some of the bravest men and women in the Wasteland. We must all work together to beat this enemy, but we can't do this without a little support. I have spoken with the Outcasts, and they have agreed to train our men. Now, I ask of each and everyone one of you to see these men and women, not as strangers, but as brothers in arms. Treat them as your own, and show them respect, and they will do the same to you. Let this be known as a new age for Haven!" Miller would look around after he is finished, noticing everyone staring at him. "What?" he asked. "Well damn.." a few would murmur. He chucked, then turned the dial to the public channel.

"Attention, Imperium. You think you can purge Haven of it's so-called 'filth', huh? You think you are gonna take this community from not just me, but the Wasteland? Do you have any idea who you're talking to? See, there is one big difference between us. You use discipline and fear to control your soldiers, but I don't use any of that. My soldiers do not near fear to follow orders. They have the desire to see this Haven endure for all to come and live peacefully in here. They want to see this place remain as a safe-haven. You fill the Wasteland with your lies of our Ferals, but I don't take chances anymore, the Wasteland has made it that way. Consider this as your only warning, Imperium. You have a chance to stop this conflict which will only end in death. Hasn't there been enough death as it is? So tell me, do you wanna make today your last day on Earth?" With this, Miller would leave the room. He would walk up to one of the security personnel in the mansion. "Make sure the Outcasts will have a room to reside while they stay here." Miller would enter his washroom and look at himself in the mirror, praying this war won't come.

 

 

TASKS:

1. Miller would give his speech with the intention to gain the support of Haven's people (Mod?)

2. The broadcast directed to the Imperium would be played on loop in public.

3. A room would be reserved to accommodate for the incoming Knights from the Outcasts.

4. New and improved armor would begin to be designed for the war effort.

Bon Bon was glad to hear of this new faction now known throughout the wasteland as Imperium. She seemed rather frustrated that her community was not mentioned in the following broadcast. Soon, she turned to her radio, turning it on as he tapped it multiple times to see if it was on. Not wanting to be ignored by those of the wastelands, she responded to the public broadcast. "Greetings, to the faction known as Imperium, I hope that we accomplish a thriving friendship. Living a fulfilling life in the wastelands in hard in these times. Please, send representatives to [enter location in the middle of the Imperium and F-Vaulters here] so that we may speak to each other. If not, then I hope we can come to some sort of agreement." Bon Bon took a deep sigh, drinking from a small pouch of water before continuing.

"To the folks known as Haven, I do not know what these 'feral ghouls' or 'mutants' are, but they obviously seem dangerous. I ask that you please stop this war by leaving all of your 'ghouls' and 'mutants' at the mercy of the Imperium. I only offer this as a way to solve the solution, no threats meant towards either faction." Bon Bon had then doubled up on the time of shifts and men at their posts. She wanted to make sure her people were safe. People who wished to join or visit the settlement were questioned throughly, then let in. 

 

Tasks

The radio team began to track the location of the Imperium's radio broadcast.

 If found, the Haven & Imperium's paths would be tracked, to see if they were on the course of intercepting the small camp. (('Cause I don't know where we are on the map, hah.))

The shifts and men at their posts had been doubled up, & those who wished to join were questioned.

The research and engineering groups would continue their work.

Paladin Jacobs would look out from the window, into Haven below. "This place..." Jacobs would scoff, and turn to face his Brothers and Sisters in the room. "We'll be stationed here for sometime. While here, we have specific orders from Elder Aleks. You all know your orders. Carry them out, and report them to me as soon as you can. And remember, we don't give any more information than absolutely necessary. We've been given access to the radio tower, should we need it, as well as a group of civilians to construct anything we may need to train the military. Now, get to work. I want a report every week of your progress."

 

ACTIONS

1. The Paladins would begin directing the civilians assigned by Miller to construct a building to train the military (Basic combat techniques, tactics, etc.) (MOD for time)

"The shit has started, I guess." Bon Bon said calmly, as a large mutant group left the camp, heading in the direction of the Imperium. They were armed with nothing but their hands, and small loincloths over their 'parts'. They were led by a man named Markus, he seemed smooth, leading the large group of mutants with a smile on his face. She turned towards the radio as they walked off, she turned it on slowly, and spoke into it. The radio broadcast would reach all those who have a radio, and it said, "This is the leader of the  faction known as the F-Vaulters, Bon Bon speaking. The Noctum Republic

President Delgado, shuffled through his files looking around for his local supply reports and smiling as the reports are pleasing. No shortage of food or water but a shortage in men to cover the vast territory that is currently under Noctum control. He looked towards the Governor of each city and respective county speaking with a stern and steady tone of voice. 

"I want each and everyone of you to have your respective armies heavily trained. With our vast territory it already puts us at a disadvantage. I want our troops to be know the local terrain like the back of their hands and to be able to fight effectively enough to hold their own if out-number or outgunned. This is not an order that you can decline, more of a demand. I will not have our nation destroy by incompetence." Raul looked at each of them with a displeased looked, tapping his fingers in a repeated manner. "Now go. Help me bring Noctum to greatness. Help me keep our nation standing." 

 

Raul also beings to set up scouting parties for the surrounding counties of Noctum, it would be ten parties of 25 men each armed with their standard pipe weapons. They would look for settlements to attempt to sway them to join the Republic. They would also be looking for weapons that would help upgrade the Republic's army.
