Olnin sat on the cold stone floor within the Uzg’s sewers, glaring at the rushing waters filled with unknown substances. He closed his eyes and stirred in place as he’d listen to the echoes of the crashing liquid. The sewers remained empty and silent for far too long with the Tuk Clan’s Chieftess, Pyzi, missing. Activity became scarce among the goblins with their leader’s absence, unsure if she was ever to return.

 

The elders of the Tuk clan, Onk and Olnin, had discussed matters before about the issue. For months, they continued to wait for a sign that their Chieftess would return until it became evident there was no use.

 

Olnin hummed to himself in deep thought of the problematic situation, contemplating who would take Pyzi’s position. “Zkah,” he growled to himself, flashing his eyes open and continuing to stare at the water. Tension started to build as time passed on until he came to the decision to take up Chieftain himself.

 

Olnin quickly rose to his feet with the resolution in mind before rushing deeper into the sewers to announce to the other Tuk members of their new Chieftain.
