Couriers would be dispatched to the Lords and Ladies of Khalestine from the King of Vandoria, each bearing a letter

 

To the Noblility of the Kingdom of Vandoria, a summons is called for all those bearing a noble title to attend a meeting within the High Halls of Ard Ghorrock, hosted by His Apostolic Majesty, Godfrey I of Vandoria. This shall be a closed conference, with only those bearing titles invited, and their own councilors, with a limit of two councilors per noble. With such, the following are herein invited:

The council shall meet in three Saint's Days. Those unable to attend may send a representative.
