The Vailorian Council of Tranquility

     We the people of Vailor have put up enough with injustice of sundry other peace councils for too long. It is time we take a stand against this wrong doing that these misguided councils cause. We must stand up united to keep the realm at peace to stop war and to stop the bloodshed of innocents. This is why I, Baphomet the first of his name, have decided to found a council named The Vailorian Council of Tranquility. This council will focus on keeping the peace throughout the realm. The council will need full cooperation of all the councils in the realm to make this work. As this is a council I will need council members if you want to join the council it will be tough you must be over thirty in Human and Orc years but more than one-hundred in Elven and Dwarven years. Members of the council rule as a member of the council for life or until they are impeached by the fellow council members because they are corrupt. This council will NOT tolerate corruption. If you are impeached because you are corrupt you not only lose your position on the council but are hanged for your crimes. Also to get in you must have no criminal background. If you have one you will not be allowed in the council.
