[BUG REPORT] /trail (AETHERVIP PERK)

I don't think I need to go in depth with this as you can presently see.

 

/trail [anytrail] spawns more then a abundance of particles. Again another AetherVIP perk broken. 

 

List of AetherVIP perks broken / tested : /MyPet , /trail, /customnametag command

I want the particles lowered. Wasn't so many prior.

They seem to fix after restart then get worse over time.

They spawn a bunch of particles each second and it takes roughly 1.5 seconds to remove the ones prior so it'll just stack where before the 1.9 update it had a easy flow of set particles to spawn within 1 second and dissipate shortly after. 

 

What we have is, spawn all at start.

alakabam used these on a fight and almost kicked me off the server and let a guy run off because i was blinded by the particles. my god.
