On one hand, orcs doing things is fuckin' awesome. On the other hand, plague is... kind of boring if you want my opinion. It doesn't really feel Orc-like in nature. Perhaps if it was the desertification of other lands, that'd fit. The strong, hardy Orcs can survive the deserts, but can you weaklings? That sort of thing.
