Hello people of Aegis, I am conducting a study of the population distribution of the races of Aegis. I hope this is going to be as accurate as possible. What I intend to do is find out which race seems to have had a boom in population or a decline in birth rates. I also will use the information to find out the spread of races and the population of the nations to see if there is a correlation in the data. By doing this I everyne will be able to see how their nations API compares to with other races and indeed their individual nations as well.

What can this data be used for? Well, there if this works well then the leaders of each nation will see how many citizens live in their nation along with If they live in a city, town or otherwise. This will help the leader of the nation make more informed decisions about the viability of raising a new settlement or just expanding an existing one. This could also be a measure of wealth of the nation if many people live in protected lands then they would have more minas than a nation where many live in the wilds.

When submitting you answers please select one from each category in order to keep this as accurate as possible and also leave a note saying which you have chosen to ensure that the data can be collated efficiently.

Example:

1) Human, Northerner.

2) Oren.

3) Capital, Alkhazar.

Hmmm is that due to the reconstruction? Very well I shall remember to note it down.

Thank you all for your support in this index. Hopefully should many more people contribute the data could be collected and a scribe could write the resulting findings in several books, one for each nation with relevant information as to the Population index of their respective countries, along with a general Aegis Population Index for the grand Libraries of Aegis. I would do so but I am no scribe and it would be more fitting for one to partake in this task. I'm unsure if the leaders of each nation would see this as an official document worthy of payment but I will pay a scribe from my own purse when i deem there to be enough information to be of use to Aegis.

I will also think about updating the Index after every 5 years so to have an accurate account of how the population is fluctuating over time.
