While were talking about unbanning people for "victimless crimes" like x-ray, I think we should also take charles_the_bald into consideration! I mean after all, they both used hacks, but hey its a victimless crime right? Yeah I mean they had to download the clients from sites like wizardhax or something but, they didnt REALLY mean to break the rules. Besides, with nexus its not like xray or kill aura give that much of an advantage anyways! Speaking of victimless crimes, I think using an alt is also victimless since you're not really affecting anyone so #freedrunkenbagel too, hes a good boy who dindu nuffin in all honesty, just like kincaid and charles_the_bald.

I mean, he was originally banned for breaking villainy blacklist, and by that, I mean he told someone as an Orc to commit a crime xD

I mean, no, he didn't, in fact I've played with him for over two years on multiple PvP servers that have great hack detection, like Kohi and Badlion etc, only a few days before his ban on LotC did he ever get banned from any of these servers for using an unfair advantage, I can say without a doubt in my mind that he only used a hacked client that affected PvP for less then a week of time on the server, and he's never used anything like an autoclicker, forcefield, or kill aura/

Was much more than a week, likely his entire time with arteh was spent using clients. I fought him multiple times both on kohi and on lotc, everytime we fought he was using a client.
