In light of recent events, due largely to my own neglect of them, it has come to my attention that numerous heresies have sprung up recently, most of them stemming from the unusual happenings involving Wyvrun, and so called Brathmordakin, who are suspected by the clergy to be doppelgangers, and are attempting to manipulate the dwarven population to their own bidding. In order to counteract this mass-spread paranoia, and heretical outbursts, the clergy shall now take action.

The worship of Wyvrun as Brathmordakin, now widespread shall for the time being be declared a heresy. Any individuals caught worshipping Wyvrun as such, shall face the full wrath of the clergy, and the gods. However, the clergy does respect the contributions Wyvrun as an Aengul has made to the Dwarven people, though we do not fail to acknowledge his own weakness in living memory, in his form as Odnarch. For the time being, Wyvrun may be respected at the same manner of honor in which is granted to paragons, but until such a time as the clergy convenes for a moot, his outright worship as god shall be banned.

Additionally, any sightings of additional “Brathmordakin”, and revelations of their motives shall henceforth be declared false, and any found following such motives and doppelgangers shall be declared heretics. Until such a time as the clergy convenes to discuss the matter, such will remain true.

The purpose of these declarations is to protect the Dwarven people, and guide them along the path of the TRUE Brathmordakin. With this guidance of the clergy, it is our attempt to save Dwedmar from eternal damnation and servitude to Khorvad, the corrupter by maintaining their purity of soul, and dedication to the true gods. I ask all for cooperation in these trying times. Any who have questions, or concerns regarding these declarations may bring them to my attention at the next convening of the clergy, or at any time personally in the days leading up to it.

A clergy meeting shall be held on the fifth month of this year, at the stone hour of 5 o’clock. All clergymen past and present are required to attend, and those interested in joining the clergy too should come. Additionally, the moot shall be open to all to bring questions and concerns.

(meeting this friday, 5pm EST)

May the Brathmordakin Guide You All,
