Edict of the Silver Exodus

The Silver Exodus began as the Vigil of El’viran,  a paramilitary organization which later became the official guard of the Province of Haelun’or. However, following the events of the Parionite Coup of 1582 the Vigil made an exodus from the home of the mali’thilln and seek to serve the elven people in a broader sense. They have renamed themselves the Silver Exodus.

 

The following applies to the chapter of the Silver Exodus which will begin its operations within the Dominion of Malin. This chapter, led by Somari’gi Loh, will perform a blood oath to the High Prince and swear their fealty to the Dominion. They will serve as an elite military unit in times of war, and for the protection of Dominion dignitaries.

 

All vigil, including foreign chapters outside the Dominion will abide by the following terms when operating in Dominion land:

 

• The Silver Exodus will serve as an official pan-Dominion military order, serving all three states

 

• The Silver Exodus will rally with the Dominion in times of war

 

• The Silver Exodus will be bound to obey the laws of the Dominion

 

• The Silver Exodus will be bound to the authority of the local Prince and military commanders of whichever Dominion state they happen to be in should they wish to aid in enforcing that state’s law

 

• The Silver Exodus will have free reign in removing state enemies of the Dominion from Dominion lands. These include:
• Orcs (Exceptions will be listed)
• Anyone committing banditry
• Members of the armed forces of any nation the Dominion happens to be at war with

 

• The Mali’aheral known as Arche Raell shall never represent the Vigil on Dominion land or hold any power within its borders.
