~~~(*)~~~The Taking of a Mantle~~~(*)~~~
Spoiler
Deep within the Dwarven lands, inside a fort by the name of Fort Demagol, home of a few Doomforged, infact, where basically the only Doomforged left, or known lived, sat Archimedes in the cavernous basement, where he had placed his desk. He sat in thought, thinking of his accomplishments, as-well as his failures. He looked towards Virius, the young Dwed whom had resurfaced. "Lad, we're without a clan father, or numbuhs...Jus' ahn empteh Fort ahn ah dirtied name. Wot do ye suppose weh duh?" Archimedes said, his deep, blood-red eyes seeming old and tired. Virius replied, "We 'ave ye, yer old, ye can lead us."  To which Archimedes replied with a hefty chuckle, looking to the tabletop. "Nothin' good would come of me leadin', ah'm nae such ah t'ing. Never will be."  Archimedes then pushed himself from the desk, rising from his table and taking his leave, before Virius could say another word.
Archimedes spend many-a-day after that thinking of what he should do, and in a moment of confidence, standing atop the snowy balcony, the air swiveling around his form, snow gently landing upon him, he removed a piece of parchment from his robe, and began to write a note. He let out a loud whistle, his black, red-eyed owl fluttering down and landing upon Archi's arm, he proceeded to tie the note to the lower left foreleg of the owl, as he whispered the name "Algoda." and allowed the owl to flutter off into the snow-storm. He shivered, letting out a shudder as he released what he was about to do.
He'd turn on his heels and wandering inside, making his way to the courtyard to await the arrival of Grand King Algoda, he stood behind the gate, arms crossed behind his back, Virius sat upon the wall next to the gate. Algoda approached, crossing the shabby wooden bridge. They exchanged greetings, and Archimedes got to business. "T'Doomforged are leaderless, ah wish teh take t'title of Clan Father, since t'at's up teh t'clan..." He glanced to his right, where Virius emerged from a door. "We are basically t'onleh two left, t'at we know of...Do ye support me?" He said, awaiting Virius' answer. To which Virius gave a solemn nod. "Aye, ah duh." Archimedes returned his gaze to Algoda, who grinned as he nodded. "T'en et's settled." Said Algoda, Archimedes gave a nod in return to his words with a smile, nodding for Virius to head to re-open the gates. "Ah shall duh me best."  Archimedes watched Algoda depart, and upon his leave, Archi released a ragged sigh. "T'is'll bite me in t'arse at some point. O' well."
Virius Doomforged nearly hammered his hand to his anvil in fright, as an owl crashed into his forge window in Kal'Nikaer. "Ruddeh bird. Dis be'er be gud!" The young dwed read the missive on Archimedes' proclaimed leadership, his scowl morphing into rage. He threw the now-balled paper back towards the owl rather forcefully, scaring the poor thing and earning a few worried looks from the passing snelves. "OI ALREADEH KNEW DAT!" Taking deep breaths, he turns back to his ruined mess of what was once fine chainmail. A small mutter might have escaped his thick beard. "Yey. Gud dey fer Doomforged."
