What I think is more likely to gain an implementation is avoiding the shapeshifting and to have an infectious disease that makes you monstrous and to feast on raw flesh. To have a wolf creature (and just call it werewolf because whatever you want to call it they will miraculously be granted the name through meta and there's no stopping it) that is so heavily overcome with negative effects that there is very little drawcard to playing one, except for creating villain type RP. Rather than becoming a wolf person you become a physically disfigured (whatever race you were before) person, overcome with an insatiable hunger and with a constant psychological battle against a primal urge that is completely foreign to your civilised mind. I have contemplated writing some lore that I anticipate being more favourable to staff but haven't really had the interest to see it through. But good luck to you. If it is denied without much reasoning I guess you could talk to me about some reworks.

 

I remember in a small town there was a girl who contracted some kind of disease and had random spats where she would go and hunt down living creatures to drink on their blood and eat the flesh. It was really cool because her rolelpay became so very interesting, but she received no benefit from it. And you never really knew when she might just start feasting on ya.

I have  a Few Questions:

-Would said wolf person be able to talk clear common in the form of a wolf?

-What wolf like features would they have? (When not in wolf form)

-How much bigger would they become, like if some was 5'0 would they become 6'4?

-Would their be anyway for a person to go back to normal?

-How well could the recall the events if they were in wolf form?

-How fast could they run at their top speed in wolf form?

 

(If these questions were already answer don't start yelling at me. xD)

While not bad, it just doesn't make any sense why the aspects would do this considering they already give the gift of shapeshifting, the origin doesn't match up.

Literally any race can become a druid, the only prerequisites that exist is; a) be a druid, and b) get chosen. Since they've already created their own blessing in the form of shapeshifting, I do not believe they'd create werewolves as an alternative, especially for non-druids.

-They can speak clear common if they want to, but there's nothing stopping them from speaking differently or having an accent when in wolf form, this would be completely up to the person.

-None yet, though i may add the ability to have wolf-like features all the time if that's something people want.

-They wouldn't become any bigger, there wolf form size completely depending on the size they are in normal form.

-I roughly went over this, if the person were to upset the balance of nature they risk getting there abilities taken away and going back to normal.

-There memory is exactly the same in both wolf and normal form.

-The same as a grey wolf, about 50km/h

maybe some group of druids believed they would be more true with nature, blah blah blah, and then created this so called 'wolf kin' idk, maybe the guy who wrote this has an explanation to this.

But the druids themselves wouldn't have the power to do it, look I'm not trying to say no to the entire thing, simply saying tying it to the Aspects doesn't entirely fit with their lore.

Aenguls work in mysterious ways? Maybe they noticed a sudden rise in dark beings and decided something more needed to be done? Also it takes a lot of time to be able to shape shift as a druid from what i understand, this is a quick way to shape shift without the druid magic. But as I've said I'm open to change if anyone has an origin idea that would match better. Also not everyone can become a Wolf kin because the change is more physical then magical, So bone structure and size come into play, Then again i have no idea how druid shape shifting works.

Druid shapeshifting is not that slow. Unless it got nerfed.

 

For druids they get tied to a particular animal and when they want they just change into it.

'Aenguls work in mysterious ways', while yes that is true, they already have a magic that does exactly that, and if it was failing, they'd not create another with the same base concept. Besides they'd not give it to non-druids.

The aspects, unlike a lot of the other deities (dare I say all other? I do), have chosen to not have a direct impact on the descendants by being in contact with them and that would completely shred this, why not try and think of a non-deitific way?
