As such, any who wish to request a laboratory now or in the future must submit a formal request. The rules for laboratory use are as follows: 1. Laboratories can only be granted by the Okarir’maehr or one of the Tilruiran’maehr. 2. Laboratory usage can be revoked at any time and for any reason. 3. Those with laboratories are expected to provide written findings to The Eternal Library with some degree of frequency. 4. No dark magic may be utilized in one’s research. 5. Laboratories found to go unused will be revoked. Additional Details: I request permission to bring in test subjects (these people will be volunteers).
