Sins of the Prophet

Silence befalls the Legion hall. The legionnaires, having finished their daily training, have dispersed to complete their duties in the city. For the Brathmordakin call Dwarves to do such things in their name. Dungrimm, the Brathmordakin of battle, honor, valor, and war. How could a legionnaire not serve him? That exact question was posed to Darid Irongut himself. Gror Ireheart's request to serve Dungrimm more than he currently was swiftly denied by the High Prophet. Grand Marshal Gror, disappointed by the decision yet accepting of it, replied, "I understand but everything the Legion stands for is to serve Dungrimm." Darid Irongut retorted, "Soldiers are not servants of the Brathmordakin, they are simple pawns in a game." Outraged by these insults to his army, the Grand Marshal stormed off. Shortly after, a gathering of Dwarves is seen in the Ireheart Clan hall. They gather around the table to sign a document. Let this document be the voice of the populace.

On Darid Irongut, 1597

We the citizens and military of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, propose this document in response to Darid Irongut's insulting denunciations of our servitude to the Brathmordakin. Today, 9th of the Grand Harvest, 1597, marks the day that we end our silence. No longer will we stand idly by as the High Prophet works for his own gain. No longer will we let him trample our reputation as loyal servants of the Brathmordakin. This is not the first time he has proven his faults. Now we address the High Prophet himself. Darid, we demand you retract your statements and formally apologize to the Legion and citizens of Urguan. Either this, or forever be looked down upon by the people of Urguan. Do this, or we will call for your removal. Only then shall we see if the Brathmordakin truly favor you.

[!] The document is signed by many Dwedmar.

* A letter would be handed directly to Gror and any signer of this document*

The High Prophet will apologize for his actions, But will clarify on this one sided story. The High Prophet was approached by Grand Marshal Gror and was instantly beginning to be persecuted. Gror wished to advance to the rank of Prophet of Dungrimm. The High Prophet tried explaining the reasons on why he couldn't. Gror has not held a sermon, nor attended any meetings. Gror instantly starting yelling at the High Prophet, insulted him, and stormed off.

Gror Ireheart retorts against the High Prophets accusations. He speaks to the signers of the document "Even now, he spreads lies about me. As I said before, I was willing to accept the answer he gave, only when he insulted the soldiers I would give my life for did I lose my temper. Even when he claims to apologize for insults, he throws more."

Fighting over a rank and words? If it's any truth put a proper grudge and honor duel over it. Settle it the right way.
