Darkness Takes Me

The darkness within becoming stronger,

The emotionless stays becoming longer.

“What is this pain I feel?”

I ask myself, making a deal,

 

“I’ll just keep them away, keep them from showing,

Keep my insanity from slowly going.”

But darkness consumes, it takes all…

Building them a wall.

 

Darkness begins insanity, insanity begins death,

Death slowly takes us, making us lose breath.

“Goodbye all, my time has come,

Darkness takes me as my body goes numb.”

 

The last breath is spent, saying I hate love,

But will always love the darkness of above.

I then pass into darkness, letting it take me,

Use me as its own… I’ll never be free.
