  What is roleplaying?: when you put yourself into the character you create and immerse yourself into that world.

  What is metagaming?: when you use information your character wouldn't know. so if you overhear a conversation in another room you were not  in and use that information and use it for gain in some way in character.

  What is power-emoting (powergaming)?: Something your character wouldn't be able to do in real life because of physical restrictions.

   

  In-Character Information
  Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

  Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add three references to the server lore): (where does your character come from?; where have they traveled to?; what year were they born in? et cetera.) Grimrodd Ironhide was born on the coastline of the grand kingdom Urguan. He was born too a warrior family of the mountain dwarves  who once fought against the great trolls who plagued the roads and lands of the great kingdom of Urguan. He grew up in a harsh environment in the mountains and along the coast living off the lands in a small dwarven settlement. His clan history and heritage could be traced back to the elder clan of the grand axses his heritage and ancestry he holds very dear to him. Grimrodd's entire clan was whipped out by an Uruk raid aided by there goblin and Ulog allies with his family dead and clan destroyed he holds an ancient grudge in his heart for those races.  After he returned too his home from a campaign he found his home destroyed and life in ruins he wandered then through the land labouring in the towns of men always whishing he could return to that place he once called home never forgetting the rage and warrior spirit in his heart.

  He worked and laboured throughout the land for many years giving him great skill in the crafting of tools and weapons, He fought as a mercenary hiring his warrior skills too anyone willing too pay. More recently he found himself fighting against the great empire of Oren, Fighting fiercely and giving everything he could with his dwarf brothers eventually felling the empire  and bringing about there end. Now at the age of 256 he still wanders the land crafting and smithing  where he can and still hiring his blade to anyone who will pay, Still in his heart hoping to return to his kin and reforge his clan anew.

  Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?) likes ale and pipe smoking, likes crafting weapons and tools. he is Stout hearted and loyal to his kin and those he likes, he doesn't like the company of others much and has a rough personality that can make it difficult for others to approach him.

  Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?) to reforge his clan anew and retake his homeland.

  Strengths/Talents: (what is your character really, really good at?) strong, good at crafting and blacksmithing, good at fighting

  Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?) not much charisma, not good with range weapons, short temper, hatred for the goblins.

  Appearance: (what does your character look like?; how tall are they?; hair color?; scars?) Grimrodd has a large Ginger braided beard with a full head of Ginger hair and dark brown eyes, he has rough leathery like skin form blacksmithing and stands at about 4'11".
