In Haria in all the prosperity and joyful event the judge of haria Amin Al-Nabeel Goes Thu his old junk he finds his birth mother's cookbook that was wrapped for him when he turned the age of 20 he should open it, After all he is 24 now he opens it finding a note of a mother's gift reading “My sweet child, I give you this book to let you eat the sweets of myn that you will never be able to eat from my hands..My habibi one day you will be someone great and I want you to one day open a bakery and spread the sweets of the Qali and make me proud.” with a tear in his eyes he runs out of his office down to steward’s office putting all his money into getting a bakery and make his mother proud. On the day of Friday prayer the Great mufti recited a darse of paradise and how people who passed away in this life will have fountains of water and gardens and how mother’s paths with turn to nur(light) rocks, with this he Knew the name he should put for his bakery The Nur Spring Bakery. He begins to make the goods of  Umm Ali, Basbousa, Kanafeh,

Baklava, aish el saraya, Uqmat al qadhi, Qatayef, Halawet el Jibn, Ma'amoul, Qalisheen delight, cakes and many other desserts! He sends a bird to his Best Friend Saeed Ibn Malek to come and play some Violin music while he isn't at work. With that said He began to write up a paper that 20% of his profit would go to The Harian Govt. to help out since they dont taxes And 30% to the orphanage handing it up in his kitchen he takes a breath smiling looking around at all the hard work he has done.
