I'm not very good at this sort of thing but...  "The Cosmology of LotC" to my understanding at least, kind of magic-y right?  It's probably not totally accurate.

This is cool because of the rotations. Are there different axis'? Like do some move in different directions throughout the year? I think you should have some light alignment lines (or is that what the star is for??) on it for special events in which bodies overlap.

It was created using the little knowledge we know about the cosmology of LotC as well as some assumptions based upon this knowledge.  For instance:

We know the Mortal Plane is flat because the lore benbo wrote about the planes of existence.  One side of the Mortal Plane (the one we're currently on) is called Aerios, and the other side is called Aegis.  Also, just based on Minecraft mechanics, no matter where you stand in the world the time of day is always the same which is only possible if the world is flat.  Also, also, there are areas on this map where the world literally just drops off which I take to mean the world is flat and can have an edge.

Since we know the Sun is fixed, then we must rotate around the sun in order for a day/night cycle to occur.  Based on the picture, Aerios is on the "top" part of the Mortal Plane and the entire plane rotates around the sun counterclockwise so the sun is always rising in the East and setting in the West from the perspective of the Mortal Plane.

Since we recently learned that solar eclipses can happen, it must mean that the moon and sun do not have the same orbit.  So the moon rotates around the Mortal Plane, usually just opposite of the sun.

For the Immortal Planes, we recently learned that they are "celestial bodies" which is taken to mean planets.  We do not; however, know if they are fixed in the sky or they too orbit.  Thus, I simply included them in the chart to show they exist, though not where they orbit, if they orbit at all.

The Raven, Stave, Eye, etc... are taken from Orcish astrology and each represents a constellation which is dominant during a particular month (irl day).  So the Raven is dominant during Snow's Maiden, the Wing is dominant during Malin's Welcome, and it goes around the chart like that.  The seasons are written around the chart to show which month's are during which seasons.  So the Eye (Deep Cold) and the Raven (Snow's Maiden) take place during Winter, the Wing (Malin's Welcome) takes place during Spring, etc....  HOWEVER, the orbit of the Mortal Plane ONLY determines the time of day, NOT the season or the month.

This is one of the bigger conundrums of the current model because if the Mortal Plane orbiting around the Sun is what causes the day/night cycle than what causes the seasons?  After all, Winter, Spring, Summer, and Autumn don't take place during one day, they take place over an entire year.  Thus, the sun must not be the source of the seasons, or at least not the direct source.

This is where I think the Celestial Bodies should come in.  You'll notice I positioned the planets during certain month's and seasons.  This is intentional because according to Orcish astrology each month/constellation has particular characteristics.  I took the characteristics of the various Aenguls and Daemons and matched them up (best I could) with month's and/or seasons of similar temperaments.  For instance, Wyrvun dominates the Deep Cold or the Eye because he is the Aengul of the Deep Cold and Winter.  THUS, if the celestial bodies do in fact rotate, then depending on where they are in relation to the Mortal Plane, this is what might cause the seasons.

In summary, to read the current chart model: the orbit of the Mortal Plane and moon around the sun is SEPARATE from the celestial bodies, seasons, and months and should be interpreted separately.
