Drafted by His Majesty, King Caius Sigismund I, King of the Westerlands, High Sovereign of the Westerlands, Seventh Lord Vandalore, Warden of the West, and Second Baron of Sennstisten, on the 8th of the First Seed, 1605.

TO ALL DENIZENS OF AXIOS,

Here I stand a grieving King, mourning the death of another whose life was taken viciously and all too soon. King Lothar was a dear friend of mine, and a young boy whom I hope would prosper in his youth and become solidified in history. Due to the circumstances surrounding his demise, The Self-Deterministic Pact has thus voted and confirmed a suspension upon the Kingdom of Lotharingia’s membership.

We, the Kingdom of the West, demand an investigation be had by a crack team put together by the current signatories of The Self-Deterministic Pact. Dubbed ‘The Lothar Commission’, the investigators will be given free passage through either either side of the Kingdom. Should any evidence be found of malicious intent, which the circumstances strongly present, further action may be taken.

Furthermore, The Lothar Commission will be granted an audience with either leader of the civil dispute of Lotharingia on His Majesty, Caius I’s orders. This is to further the investigation to allow a partisan investigation so we may do the young King justice. Thank you kindly.

A copy of the pact could be found attached to each letter.

May God guide us through these troubling times

BISMILLAHI RAHMANI RAHIMI,

MORIOR INVICTUS,

HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS Fakhri Kharadeen, Lord Regent of Haria, Crown Prince of Haria, and Sultani Emir of Al'Khaleed

His Majesty Caius I Sigismund of House Horen, King of the Westerlands, High Sovereign of the Westerlands, Seventh Lord Vandalore, Warden of the West, and Second Baron of Sennstisten
