"Humanity is to be divided, not united. A united empire only leads to corruption and stagnation as a single leader cannot be entrusted with the power and responsibilities that come with being the emperor, you would be wise to remember this. That does not mean humanity cannot be peaceful towards each others kingdoms, and it certainly does not mean that a council cannot be forged. If you truly want 'peace' then I suggest the kings of humanity form a council."
