Gridlock 1033 Share Posted April 28, 2017 Er Ist Wieder Da “It appears my kin have been busy..” -Anden II Staunton upon setting foot on Tahn Late would be the hour, in which a small cog would emerge from the oceans, docking at the Cloud Temple. Its cargo? Only three, passengers all. It was unusual, to be sure, but these men were anything but usual. The three were Anden II, Charles Otto, and Godwin Philip Staunton. Grandchildren of the late Duke, Anden ‘the Hangman’ Staunton, and the true heirs of the legacy of Courland and the family ruling it. Upon arrival, the triplets gave letters out to a as many men as would take them, spreading the word as far as they could. To the people of Axios, It is hereby that I, Anden II Staunton return to my family and make amends for our errors in the past. My two brothers, Charles and Godwin have joined me in my journey, and together we seek to aid our glorious Kingdom. In the days of Vailor, Duke Anden ruled as an unpopular but not incompetent ruler before he was ousted by his brother. Despite this, we, the descendants of Duke Anden, hold no ill will or grudge against our kin of Alexandrian line; rather, we seek to aid our cousins in this fine Kingdom of their creation. As stated, we three brothers wish nothing more than to aid the Kingdom of Courland and our fellow Stauntons, for glory and peace in the name of Aleksandr and Anden, who must surely be reconciled in the Seven Skies. We hereby do declare our undying loyalty to the House of Staunton and the Kingdom of Courland, in the presence of all Axios. Anden Staunton, in hell after his suicide for suicide is a sin!, doesn't recall ever actually marrying the mother of Aleksei. Anden does however recall marrying someone else days after his Cossack bride never showed up for an actual wedding.
