sandey0000 216 Share Posted May 14, 2017 The act of infanticide is a most treacherous and evil one. How can a king, or any man for that matter, claim to be good after slaying but a child? The Courlandic forces proclaim their innocence and shout that it was the men of House Ruthern who drew first, but this is clearly a falsehood. Every witness who was not fighting for Courland has attested that the first to draw his sword was Frederick Staunton-Baden, the prince of Courland. What means is there to justify this attack? So far I have yet to see the Kingdom of Courland make a single one. Every word out of the mouths of these Stauntons seems a lie or a slander, an attack or a falsehood. I have lived through many wars and I have tried to stay neutral in all of them. There is very little that could sway me to such an extreme. So it is with extreme sorrow that I, Eadwulf Stafyr, do declare my support for House Ruthern in their rebellion. I cannot watch these evil acts any longer. Signed, Eadwulf Stafyr, Baron of Thurant
