CaptainBrock 254 Share Posted May 25, 2017 A chill rose over the compact office as the fire burnt out. Oyvind sat in his desk, brooding over the pile of maps from wars, old and current. He laid his old finger on Kal’Omith, former home of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan. A sigh of cold air came from his lips as a realization set upon his mind. What he had done in the past stone days went against everything he had ever lived for. It was always about the Kingdom, until the idea of putting a Frostbeard on the throne was presented to him. He had been quick to think of the glories of it, but not the consequence. The shake hadn’t left him, through his whole body it rose. An uneasy feeling he couldn’t be rid of. He had betrayed his Kingdom and he had betrayed himself. As he rose from his chair, he felt as if every bone in his old body had left him. He moved to his humble home in Kal’Omith, containing only a small storage room which he slept in, and a shop. Swinging his sack of his most precious possession he snuck out of Kal’Omith in the night. Snow crusted his beard, his footsteps through feet of snow. But he pressed on with hope. What he was doing was what he most do. The wrong must be put to right, this was the only way. As the gates of Tal’Azmar approached, Oyvind dropped to his knees. This is his place. This is the Kingdom. This is where he will right the wrong and join the force of liberation. Oyvind, the man of the Kingdom has returned.

mateolog 1623 Share Posted May 25, 2017 Baldin Sees Oyvind at the gates from the outside. " Interesting...so he makes our clan go to war so he could then betray the cause he started...I knew he could not be trusted. The spawn of Khorvad divided the dweds." Says Baldin. Algoda 885 Share Posted May 25, 2017 Barradin nods as he hears Baldins words. "The corrupted old dwarves have been tolerated for too long, we will usher in a new era for the dwarves. An era, that does not tolerate traitors to the cause."
