Your objective is to catch him on his own and assassinate him, if you get caught in a fray with his men it's almost guaranteed they'll win.

He'd come across something of a grieving elf, who, hearing of the bounty, offered to help if it meant something to do and being paid.

After a small conversation with the elf, the two agree on splitting the posted reward in half upon succession "Capra does not see why we can''t work together," he proceeds to Haense with the newfound ally alongside him
