What is Roleplaying?: To assume the role of a character that is not yourself. When you assume the role, you assume the characters personality, beliefs, and enjoyments.

What is Metagaming?: Metagaming is giving information to your character that you know, but it doesn't. Such as if you know that someone has betrayed you, but your character doesn't, you cannot attack them.

What is Power-emoting (Powergaming)?: Power gaming is forcing another character through roleplay that he/she cannot react to, like slicing off another character's arm without giving them a chance to move their arm away from the blade.

Biography  (This is one of the most important sections of the application. Please take your time and make it a decent paragraph long. Read up on your character's race and be sure to add at least one accurate reference from the server lore): (where does your character come from?; where have they traveled to?; what year were they born in? et cetera.): Desmir was born in the city of Bastion in 1606. At the age of two, the city was besieged by an army of the undead, and his mother and father had no choice but to flee to the city of Metz as refugees. As a child, he always looked at the men in the army, and wanted be just like them. He dreamed of traveling the world in the name of the king, and meeting all sorts of different types of races and people. Desmir's family was very poor, which lead to Desmir needing to earn money to support his family. Desmir who has a beautiful voice, had to sing in the streets for money. Overtime his singing voice was perfected. On his twentieth birthday Desmir finally decided that he would join the military, and finally make a name for himself as a loyal subject of his kingdom.

Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?): Desmir has a habit of clapping his hands together when he is really excited. He has a liking of exploring and has a dislike of the undead.

Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?): Desmir aspires to be an explorer as well as rise through the ranks of the military.

Strengths/Talents: (what is your character really, really good at?): Desmir is extremely good at singing. 

Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?): Desmir's fear of the undead needs to be worked on. Another problem is that his mind tends to wander whenever he is bored.

Appearance: Desmir is 6"2. He has sandy blonde hair, dark eyes, and is in fit shape. He has no scars.
