Rig 17591 Share Posted November 24, 2017 Hello guys! I’m Veist and I’ve been selected to be the new Forum Team Director. Since it’s been awhile since our last formal address I’ll tell you what my team has been up to for the past month or so. Dogbew, our newest addition to FM Management is currently heading a project to revamp our current Forum Rules and Guidelines. Currently, after much deliberation it has also been decided that clubs will be removed. You have two weeks to request that important threads are moved out into their proper sub-forums, just contact an FM for help. The removal of clubs is to pave the way for a downsized forum which is easier to navigate and active. It has been proven time and time again that clubs have not been active or used nearly enough to remain a feature on our forums. Now you might be wondering what to expect of me. I’ll just tell you that I plan on keeping the forums as laidback as possible, I feel like too often people get sucked into the “professionalism” of things and let that motivate them in place of proper judgement. My goal isn’t to ban players or shut down dissent on the forums, because honestly I feel everybody is entitled to their own opinion even if it isn’t popular as long as it doesn’t violate our rules and guidelines. We’re just here to help out, keep the forums clean and occasionally monitor situations that need to be handled. Anyway, most people are tired after Turkey Day so I won’t go off on a tangent.
