As of the 12th of the Amber Cold we, the Kingdom of Norland does formally ally itself with the Princedom of Leyulin. To formally seal this alliance the Norlandic Prince Orvar Rurik, chief of the Freyssons shall be betrothed to Meredith Friedrich. With this formal union we declare the union of our two houses. The Kingdom of Norland acknowledges the sovereignty of the State of Leyulin and asserts the rightful claim of Prince Kairn Calithil. The Kingdom of Norland shall render aid unto the Ceasing Restrained in their assertion of their most righteous claim. The Kingdom of Norland stipulates that the Ceasing Restrained shall refrain from any aggressive action towards the Warhawke and Snow Elven peoples without prior instigation.

 

In exchange the Ceasing Restrained shall come to the assistance of the Kingdom of Norland in conflicts, both defensive and aggressive as long as they do not affect core allies such as the Reiters. This alliance shall last for the duration of the union between Prince Orvar and Meredith Friedrich.
