Welcome to the City of Kal’Tarak, capital of the Kingdom of Kaz’Ulrah. This parchment will provide detailed information on everything you need to know about purchasing property in this grand city whether it be a home, a shop, or even a guild hall. If you wish to purchase one of these properties, contact the Warden, or one of his Stewards.

 

Tax Information

As an important part of a nation’s infrastructure, taxing must be taken into account. Taxing for small housing will be completely free for those starting off while larger houses will require larger amounts of taxes. Note that after a citizen has lived in a small housing residence for 2 stone weeks, they will begin having to pay a fee of 10 minas. All taxes will be deposited at the entrance to the apartment complex in your respective chest provided to you on housing purchase.

Free Apartments

 

These humble apartments are conveniently located at the entrance of the city. Every traveler looking to live in the city of Kal’Tarak will be provided with one of these apartments free of charge until they are capable of supporting themselves, courtesy of the Kingdom. Those who donate materials to the Kingdom will be provided with the choice of choosing their own apartment, of those available.

Taxing Information- At the end of the stone week ((Sunday)), citizens are expected to begin paying a 10 minas tax every stone week, or 10 iron ingots.

Medium Housing & Shops

 

These homes are slightly larger and more comfortable than the apartments. A place for a family or store owner to settle down. They are for people who are able to pay for the house and pay a small tax. The houses are located in a comfortable neighborhood with friendly and hardworking neighbors looking to earn their fortunes. These are the Kingdom’s number one recommended place for hard working individuals.

Pricing- The price for a medium house will vary from 50-80 minas or 25-40 iron ingots depending on what form of payment you prefer. Military members will get a discount of 10 minas for their service to the kingdom.

Taxing Information- The basic tax price per stone week will be 20 iron ingots or 20 minas, depending on what you can get your hands on. You can turn in your tax money by the apartments.

 

Large Housing

 

These houses are large and incredibly spacious. These houses are for those who are able to pay a moderate fee for their house and a moderate tax to keep ahold of it. These houses are in a prime location with a great selection of elite neighbors who have fought tooth and nail to earn their place in this neighborhood.

Pricing- The average price of a large house varies from 500-1000 minas. Military members will have 50 minas off all large houses.

Taxing Information- The basic tax owed per stone week will be 50 iron ingots or 50 minas. A small fee for such a magnificent house.
