The 6th Empire tried to destroy Renatus, but Renatus had its way. Haense then tried to dethrone Renatus, but Renatus was in the way. Norland tried to destroy Renatus, but Renatus was much too strong. Courland tried to defile Renatus, but Courland was proven wrong. You cannot kill Renatus.

 

Last Saint’s day the brave men of Renatus, purposefully underallied, took on the Coalition’s forces. Ten Thousand versus Thirty-Thousand. A three to one fight, with Renatus having one-seventh of its usual forces. In comparison, the Coalition fielded half of theirs. Needless to say, you cannot kill Renatus.

 

 

An overwhelming victory for Renatus, twice in two skirmishes. This comes on the heels over the Reiver defeat and the plethora of other skirmishes conducted between both sides which also resulted in a Renatus victory. The only time Renatus cannot say it claimed a victory in the field occured when the Crown invited them to parlay and Courland cravened out, making it impossible to issue another thorough stomping.

If half of the Courlandic partisan army cannot take out one-seventh of Renatus’, how on Atlas do they expect to win this war? Renatus has six times more men where that came from, Toby-boy. And, in the words of Remius Horen, “All Courlandic Boy is Girl.” I thought it was purely the work of the sky-daemons that were giving us victory, no? Of course not, it’s thin words for thin-skinned hotheads.

 

To all those who doubt Renatus, I say we cannot be defeated. To all of those who think they can kill Renatus, I say we will throw you to the ground.

 

Renatus is feeling generous and believes that at the end of this war, pockets and bellies will be filled with Courlandic trinkets and crops, and that we will be far too fat to move easily. Save ourselves, and yourselves, the effort and subsequent headaches by renouncing Toby-girl Staunton. Just a reminder, if you’re a rebel and don’t switch now, you’re libel to being conquered in the future.
