Malevolence: Xionfall

 

Thul’tharak travelled at a breakneck pace away from Halsworthy, the descendants too weakened to follow suit and too preoccupied with their Master’s avatar to properly track him.  It was upon traversing the Bleakfall Hillside that he came upon something to aide him in the coming directive he was assigned.. A place to muster his troop and repair the damages faced in the previous battle.. The Temple of Xion.

 

All around the temple, before he began to take it in the name of Malevolence, Thul’tharak began to corrupt the wildlife surrounding the area.. From the path to Halsworthy, all the way to the Temple, the influence of the Void was very much prevalent to all that traversed.  Thul’tharak finally turned his attention to the sealed gate of the Temple.

 

As he tore asunder the bars, the ancient temple quaked with life as his minions of the void sundered inside, corrupting all faucets of the domain, assembling crystal formations.. Preparing defenses for the incoming descendant response.   As Thul’tharak walked inside to the main corridor, he found something startling within the centerpiece of the Temple.

 

“This.. changes everything.”

 

Thul’tharak’s laugh could have echoed across the South as he waited.. Preparing himself for the next step, and to eventually complete his directive.

 

The Creature of Nightmare has captured a settlement outside of Halsworthy’s frontier, closer to the Wall.  It is optional to complete either Xionfall or Into the Firelands, whichever order is decided IRP is which event will be run tonight (8/15/2018)
