By order of the Auditor of the Realm, the following decrees are put in immediate within the State of Haense…

 

• The company known as the Souther Haeseni Railroad is officially established, to be owned privately from the State of Haense,
• The company Southern Haeseni Railroad shall be given control of all present and future railroad construction, maintenance, and protection which may occur within the borders of the State of Haense,
• The company Southern Haeseni Railroad, since privately owned, shall be split into a set of one hundred equal shares, to be divided accordingly...
  • Sixty-six shares to be given to one Lord Otto-Hieromar Ludevar var Alban,
  • Fifteen shares to be given to one Lady Octavia Grimbold vas Grimbold,
  • Ten shares to be given to one Mister Brog Dhoon var Markev,
  • Five shares to be given to one Ser Jakob Altee var Altee,
  • And four shares to be given to one Prinzen Andrik Stefan, Herzen var Alban,
• The company Southern Haeseni Railroad shall be given permission by the Office of the Auditor to recruit laborers purely for the construction of future railways and maintenance of current railways within the borders of the State of Haense,
• The company Southern Haeseni Railroad shall be given permission by the Office of the Auditor to recruit laborers from outside the borders of the State of Haense under the following guidelines and rules...
  • Elves must remain at maximum one-eighth of the workforce, and may not exceed such amount, unless granted specific permission by the Office of the Auditor,
  • Elves must either cover their ears or clip them to appropriate size solely while in the State of Haense on a laborer visa,
  • Chimpmen and apemen, unless given permission by the Office of the Auditor, are barred from available labor pools,
  •  And humans, orks, and dwarves do not follow any limit or restriction, unless later put on by the Office of the Auditor,
• The company Southern Haeseni Railroad shall be given permission by the Office of the Auditor to recruit mercenaries purely for the protection of all railways within the borders of the State of Haense,
• And the company Southern Haeseni Railroad shall be given a state stipend each year, with the amount discussed privately at the end of said year, between the Office of the Auditor and the Board of the Southern Haeseni Railway Company.

 

These protocols are to remain effect till otherwise deemed necessary by the Office of the Auditor or by change from respective legislature. All questions and concerns may be asked to the Office of the Auditor, located in Markev, Haense.
