[Fixed]Freja can't find my forum account

I’m having trouble getting Freja to link to my forum account.

 

As you can see this is my forum account, Queen George. My currently whitelisted account which I’ve been playing on for the past month is Figglewigitz.

I have tried:

 

/Freja forum Queen George

/Freja forum QueenGeorge

/Freja forum queen george
/Freja forum queengeorge

/Freja forum Queen_George

/Freja forum queen_george

 

All to no avail.

I have tried logging out and back in again on the forums,

Logging out and back in again on the server,

Both before and after restarts today and yesterday.

 

I would try changing my display name, but haven’t made enough posts yet to be able to do that.

 

I have at least been able to connect to my discord account, but that doesn’t help me since my end goal is to get my other account whitelisted. Requiring me to link to the forums.

 

Any help would be appreciated!

It’s because your name is 2 words, I had exactly the same issue (mine was Morganosaurus Rex)

If you go into account settings you can change your name, put it to one word (e.g. QueenGeorge) and just leave it like that

Only method of fixing it rn that I can find, it’s a good replacement tho for the time being

Ah well that certainly makes sense and was what I was concerned about. Thanks for the heads up! I’ll try changing the name after I make enough posts to be able to haha.

In the future use the bug report format and provide at the very least the error message you are getting. Right now I know nothing.
