“Vodniks are a frequent menace out here in the swamps. If it’s not some faceless bastard trying to gnaw the flesh from your bones, it’s these fat bloated monsters trying to drag you off to heavens know where. It’s an issue I’m willing to pay anyone capable of seeing it tended to 600 coin. All I ask is that you bring proof, in the form of half a dozen of their eggs, back to me at the conclusion of the task.
