The Llyrian Administration looks over the citizenry statistics and notices that over 50% are non-mages. They consider releasing this information with all of the uneducated accusations flying around.

Silir Uradir notes the other 50% consist of demons and eDgY dark mages who won’t register as mages.

The Llyrian Administration has the naztherak registered so they very much do account for the total. Big shrug emoji though.
