The Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska
The Dual Monarchy of Hanseti-Ruska, colloquially referred to as the Kingdom of Haense is the most northern human realm in Arcas. A vassal to the Holy Orenian Empire, Haense stands situated between The Kingdom of Cascadia and the Golden City of Ves and has a long history with staunch traditions. It’s currently ruled by the royal house of Barbanov and supported by a traditionalistic feudal society with its monarch and government residing in the Royal City of Reza.

Peak time:
Haense has a very mixed variety of players but most common time zones is EST and GMT. With its peak time between 03pm to 07pm EST during weekdays and during weekends the range would be from 02pm to 9pm EST as peak. Although you can find splattered activity throughout the day.

Populace density:
The Kingdom of Haense consists mainly of highlanders of northern descent. A mixture of descendants of Hanseti and Ruska who has by shared history created the cultural group of Haeseni, but the kingdom also consists of citizens that are Raevirs, Norlanders, Batavians and many more of the different highlander cultures. However any race may settle in the kingdom as long as they conform to the Canonist ideals that is heavily integrated in the staunch traditionalistic Haeseni culture.

Brief description:
The Royal City of Reza serves as the current capital of the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska and is the seat of the dual Crown and its King Andrik III who holds court within the illustrious Prikaz Palace. The city has an imposing religious status with the Basilica of Fifty Virgins towering over the central parts of the city and it also being the home of the tomb of Sigismund. 

 

Reza as the crown jewel of the North holds many sites to behold, such as the Marian Arch, the throneroom of the Prikaz, the bathhouse, the city hall which hosts the Royal Duma and when entering the city one would instantly be met by the bustling tavern managed by Harold Bell. The city also takes pride in having one of the most extensively managed libraries in all of Arcas.

 

The Kingdom is protected by the Brotherhood of Saint Karl which serves as the King’s retinue and standing army. Currently situated in the guardhouse of Saint Henrik until their new fort has finished construction.

Directions:
The fastest route to the Kingdom of Haense is to take the road north from the Cloud Temple, there you continue along the road until you have gotten to a crossroads. By the crossroads there shall be two ways, you shall follow the signs north, towards Haense.

 

Once you have passed the river you find yourself by the Leuven crossroads, there you turn east and then at the next crossing you walk northwards once more. Soon you find yourself at the gates of His Majesty’s city, Reza.
