[Bug] INVENTORY WIPED, STUFF MISSING

I have various items that were in my inventory that are now completely missing. Either my inventory was rolled back or reset; as when I logged on, I only had some armor and food. There is the likelihood that I put my stuff in a chest within my character’s home; chests that are locked and behind a locked iron door (a door only I have access to). But none of the items are there. I had a multitude of custom items, whether it be a customized sword, a crossbow, some medical tonics, and three books written by various characters. These books are extremely valuable to me; one even being something like 47 pages.

My username is Ixli. I was on my persona, Silir Uradir at the time of the bug. The house and chests I had previously mentioned are at my house in Haelun’or, house number 10 and on the bottom floor of said abode.
