If I create a scenario on a forum post - I.E. creating a vigilante name for my character in a city of Oren – do I have to talk OOC with the leader of that nation/faction, or is it okay for me to do it without consent?

What I’m asking is, should my freshly made character be already known in a city/faction, by posting a forum rp under the nation’s subforum, or should I give them expierence first.

Nothing’s to stop you posting in the rp section before you play him IG. Making an introduction thread  or whatever for your character is pretty rare though, and I doubt it’ll really make you “known” – most people probably won’t notice the thread. But go ahead if you want.
