Help with commands and application?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but i had a few questions about the lore in game so I could fit my character in well, but couldn’t use /ws or /help as it simply says “You cannot use that command!” above my hot bar, unless i’m just being a bit dumb and can’t find the right commands to chat to mods, so maybe the commands are broken or they were explained wrong? also not sure if i’m meant to ask this here but about the lore, what time in the LotR cannon does it take place in, also taking a look at the map it doesn’t appear to take place in middle earth so where does it? I have taken a look at the lore forum but i’m nor having much luck so any help would be great ?

Hey there. Just letting you know this isn’t a LOTR server. We have our own unique lore and the land we’re currently on is called Arcas. If you read through the wiki you should be able to find some little bits of lore to throw into your application, as well as info about whichever race you want to play.

 It’s been a while since I’ve dealt with wandering soul chat so I’m not entirely sure why it’s not letting you interact there. But you can find lots of help on the forums anyways.

Heyo, all chat commands are prefixed by # not / now. The greeting text wasn't updated to reflect this. So the channels would be #ws and #h instead of /ws and /help
